Named after the legendary Ernest Shackleton, these sunglasses were designed to resemble the goggles worn by the Antarctic explorer as he braved the frigid climate. We, of course, believe these shades are best suited for warm climates, where you can chill, relax, and have a good time.

As they are slightly oversized, we recommend these to women and men with medium to wide faces.

The nose pads mean they sit a bit higher up than our acetate models and are adjustable.

Metal frame
100% UV400 (UVA+UVB) protection
Gradient grey lenses -Darkest tint with highest available light reduction

Maintenance: To clean, use microfiber cloth to gently wipe the lenses and frame. For tougher spots, use lukewarm water and mild soap.

About Messy Weekend

The MessyWeekend eyewear is all designed in Copenhagen by a young, authentic, international team that has a strong opinion about fashion.

Their products highlight Scandinavian minimalism, backed by their commitment to design and quality.

From the very beginning, they knew they wanted to do something to give back to our global community. That's why they partner up with two NGOs to clean our oceans. For every pair of MessyWeekend's eyewear or goggles sold, they donate to clean the equivalent of 100 plastic straws out of our oceans.
