The iconic Skagerak Fionia teak tray that I grew up with is now finally in the store.
It was originally launched in 1982 as Skagerak’s first-ever accessory. The grating-pattern gives it a light and simple character while the integrated grip makes it easy to carry back and forth - from kitchen to bed, from bed to living room, from living room to balcony, and back.
Skagerak is Danish design company with roots deeply grounded in Scandinavian design and tradition for good craftsmanship. It is owned by Jesper and Vibeke Panduro, who live with their two children in the Northern harbour city of Aalborg. This is where Skagerak was founded too, back in 1976, when the first dreams of making long-lasting design took form.
