Two wonderful coffees meant for espresso lovers:
Classic is an espresso blend following the North Italian traditions. It is a mix of coffees from Guatemala, Brazil and a little bit of Indian Robusta. It delivers a good strong espresso taste with little acid and fruit.
Secondo, consisting of organic Peruvian and Ethiopian, is designed to be fresh, intense and soft at the same time. It leads to caramel, toffee and chocolate with notes of white chocolate and dark berries.
Our good friends Peter and Mille are roasting their own wonderful coffee at Strandvejsristeriet which happens to be incredibly well situated right next to the Kronborg castle in Denmark known for Hamlet. They also have a fantastic cafe in the same spot. When we wanted the best coffee in the CPHAGEN shop we had to look no further.
