Oddbird was born in Sweden from a simple but radical conviction: that great wine should be for everyone, at every occasion. Founded by people who loved wine but wanted the freedom to choose when and how they enjoyed it, Oddbird set out to do something the wine world had never quite managed — make a non-alcoholic wine that was actually worth drinking.
The Winemaking Comes First
What makes Oddbird different starts in the vineyard. The wines begin life as fully crafted, high-quality European wines — because you can only remove what was there to begin with. The alcohol is then gently extracted through a cold filtration process at low temperature, preserving the aromatic profile, the texture, and the character that make a wine worth pouring in the first place.
