At CPHAGEN, we deliver premium Nordic gourmet products across the European Union with flexible shipping options designed for your convenience.
🍾 Ordering Bottles
Bottles (sparkling teas and wines) can be combined with other products in the same order, but a minimum of 3 bottles per order applies because of the special protective shipping boxes.
🚚 Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to all products on qualifying orders. Choose home delivery or delivery to a pickup point/locker at the same minimum order value for your country:
- Belgium: free from €50
- Netherlands & Luxembourg: free from €60
- Germany: free from €80
- France & Austria: free from €100
Standard shipping charges apply below the qualifying thresholds and to other destinations.

We include a complimentary sample in each shipment when stock allows, so you can discover new Nordic flavors!
Our Environmental Commitment
We care deeply about sustainability. Whenever possible, we use recycled boxes and protective materials to minimize our environmental impact while keeping your products safe during transit.

We offer two delivery methods for most products:
- Delivery to Pickup Point/Locker: Convenient collection at a location near you
- Home Delivery: Direct delivery to your address

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships from our warehouse in Uccle, Belgium.
