🍾 Ordering Bottles
Bottles (sparkling teas and wines) can be combined with other products in the same order, but a minimum of 3 bottles per order applies because of the special protective shipping boxes.
🚚 Free Shipping to Pickup Point/Locker
We offer free shipping to pickup points and lockers on qualifying orders — the threshold depends on your country:
- Belgium: free from €40
- Netherlands & Luxembourg: free from €50
- Germany: free from €60
- France: free from €80
- Poland, Denmark, Austria: free from €100
Note: Free shipping applies to pickup point/locker delivery only. Home delivery is always charged.

We offer two delivery methods for most products:
- Delivery to Pickup Point/Locker: Convenient collection at a location near you
- Home Delivery: Direct delivery to your address

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships from our warehouse in Uccle, Belgium.
