The Blå sparkling tea is really unique and an excellent choice as an aperitif with its high complexity and long taste. It is alcohol free and it contains nine organic teas and three different fine white teas blended with grape juice and just a dash of organic lemon juice. It also pairs beautifully with various starters, vegetarian or light mains, and most desserts.

BLÅ starts out with delicate aromas of Jasmine, chamomile and a hint of citrus. This is followed by a round taste from the careful selection of white teas and accompanied by good complexity and depth from the green teas.
It ends in a long finish joined by comfortable tannins created by the Darjeeling First Flush. The colour is light green with yellow nuances.

Copenhagen Sparkling Tea was created in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2010 by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba while working at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Searching for the perfect pairing for dessert, he discovered that carefully blended premium teas could deliver the same complexity and elegance as sparkling wine.
After years of refining flavors and techniques, Jacob partnered with gastronomy entrepreneur Bo Sten Hansen, and together they founded the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company in 2017. The first bottles were sold in Copenhagen, and today Copenhagen Sparkling Tea is enjoyed in 50+ countries and served in over 100 Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide.

Best tea
Good amount of sparkling but not too much, delicious taste, not too sweet as in many non-alcoholic drinks and mocktails.
I haven’t received my order, i sent an email and it would be investigated but never heard back.
