LYSEGRØN is the latest addition to our Sparkling Tea family, and it was created with the intention of adding more variety to our non-alcoholic range. Here we have the dry (LYSERØD) and the floral (BLÅ) but wanted to expand our selection with a more classic, fresh, and citrusy variant.

LYSEGRØN is based on a careful selection of 12 different organic teas, which are brewed at different temperatures and time intervals. The blend is combined in one bottle, together with a small base of grape must and a dash of lemon juice.

Experience

The taste is lively and elegant with notes of citrus, lemongrass, Earl Gray Sencha, and orange peel. LYSEGRØN has remarkable layers and a long-lasting hint of Darjeeling and green apples on the finish. The colour is clear with green nuances. It pairs beautifully with oysters, caviar, fish, and seafood. LYSEGRØN is elegant with high complexity and delicate bubbles bursting on your palate.

Copenhagen Sparkling Tea was created in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2010 by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba while working at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Searching for the perfect pairing for dessert, he discovered that carefully blended premium teas could deliver the same complexity and elegance as sparkling wine.

After years of refining flavors and techniques, Jacob partnered with gastronomy entrepreneur Bo Sten Hansen, and together they founded the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company in 2017. The first bottles were sold in Copenhagen, and today Copenhagen Sparkling Tea is enjoyed in 50+ countries and served in over 100 Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide.
