It is the driest to date, however, it still has a delicate soft texture. The balance between the soft Silver Needle, the complex Oolong and the fruity Hibiscus, gives you a dry sparkling drink completely non-alcoholic and perfect for the savoury kitchen.
LYSERØD is great as an aperitif, and thanks to the unique taste, it really calls for some thrilling food pairings. Making it suitable throughout all phases of a meal. The dry character makes it especially good for light dishes within the savoury kitchen, such as fish and seafood, and exceptionally good with oysters.

LYSERØD is the perfect alcohol-free alternative to a rosé. It is the driest version of Sparkling Tea, yet still smooth and round in its taste. You will experience intense aromas of red berries and red apples. A complex and comfortably dry taste follows, thanks to the Oolong tea, combined with hints of blackberries and hibiscus.
It’s all balanced by the smooth Silver Needle white tea and finished with light bitter fruity notes. The colour is a light pink rosé.

Copenhagen Sparkling Tea was created in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2010 by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba while working at a Michelin-starred restaurant. I love champagne, but sometimes I don't feel like drinking and this is how I discovered the sparkling tea's from Copenhagen. They are very good, don't try to taste like champagne but from the optic it has the same look as drinking champagne, but with its own great taste. I love it.

A refreshing alternative to alcoholic wine and nothing like the alcohol free sparkling wines on the market. The tea provides a dry finish and the hibiscus a lovely delicate sweetness like an alcoholic rose. Top marks!
The Sparkling Tea is such a great summer drink to feel the party. Without any alcohol. You do not need the alcohol to have a summer vibe.
